Courses Offered

Cabin Crew

The Cabin Crew course prepares students to work as professional flight attendants for airlines. It focuses on passenger safety, security, and customer service, which are the core responsibilities of cabin crew.Students learn how to ensure passenger safety during normal and emergency situations,use aircraft safety equipment correctly,handle in-flight emergencies and unusual situations,deliver excellent customer service on board,understand airline rules, procedures,and professional conduct.The course duration is 3 months. This course is full-time only.

Aircraft Marshalling and Ramp Hand Signals

The Aircraft Marshalling and Ramp Hand Signals course equips students with the practical skills and knowledge required to safely guide aircraft during ground operations using internationally recognised marshalling signals. Students learn standard ramp hand signals, aircraft positioning procedures, safety protocols, and effective communication techniques used in airport ground handling environments. The course emphasises precision, safety, and operational efficiency to prepare learners for roles in airport ground operations. This course duration is 2 weeks and is offered on a full-time basis only.

Airport Operations Fundermentals

The Airport Operations Fundamentals course provides a basic understanding of how airports operate in today’s fast-changing aviation environment. Airports are no longer just government facilities; they now operate as business-oriented organizations that must respond to economic changes, new technology, airline competition, and growing passenger demand.This course equips students and aviation professionals with the knowledge and practical,understanding needed to support safe, efficient, and well-managed airport operations. It helps learners understand both the operational and management side of airports and prepares them to make informed decisions in an airport environment. The course duration is 3 months. The course is online and full-time.

Travel & Tourism

The Foundation in Travel and Tourism with Amadeus Diploma prepares students to work as professional travel consultants in the travel, tourism, and aviation industry. The course focuses on helping students understand travel products, customer needs, and how to make accurate reservations using the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS).Students gain practical skills to advise customers on flights, accommodation, tours, travel documents, and insurance, while developing strong customer service and sales skills. The course also covers airline passenger services and ticketing procedures. The course duration is 6 months and can be taken both online and full-time.

Sales and Ticketing

The Amadeus course trains students to use the Amadeus Global Distribution System (GDS), one of the world’s leading reservation systems used by airlines and travel agencies Students learn how to search, book, and manage travel reservations for flights and related travel services. The course focuses on accuracy, speed, and professional handling of customer bookings in a real travel agency environment. This course duration is 3 months. The course is full-time only.

Ground Operations Management

The Ground Operations Management with AHM course prepares students and aviation professionals, to manage and supervise airline ground operations effectively. The course focuses on station, control, cost management, service quality, safety, and security in line with IATA standards. Using the IATA Airport Handling Manual (AHM) as a key reference, students learn how to apply international operational standards to real-world airport and airline station environments. The course also covers airport operations, airport security, emergency planning, and performance management. The course duration is 6 months. The course can be taken both online and full-time.

Airline Customer Service

The Airline Customer Service course prepares students to deliver excellent customer service in the fast-paced airline and airport environment. It focuses on building the right knowledge, skills, and attitude required for frontline roles such as ticketing staff, check-in and gate agents, and cabin crew.Students learn how modern technologies, the internet, and social media are changing customer expectations, and how airlines adapt to remain competitive. The course emphasizes effective communication, cultural awareness, and professional customer interaction. The course duration is 3 months.
